Sgt. Ross Gundlach went on over 150 missions with Casey, his bomb detection dog in Afghanistan. After his tour ended, Casey was reassigned and adopted by a Fire Marshall’s office and employed in the same capacity that she served in overseas. Once the Fire Marshall learned of Sgt. Gundlach’s efforts to find Casey and adopt her, the Marshall gladly complied, leading to the reunion you can view below.
